Lucas Park

What a beautiful campground. It was very warm when we were there and we only had 30amp (our mistake) but we had a very nice stay. Large, spacious sites.

Our stay was excellent.

Nice Park with views of the Lake. We were in site 6 which had electricity. Water was centralized in several places in our section. Gravel site but was not level. We didn't see many sites that were level. The view and peace and quiet easily made up for that shortfall. Also with our Lifetime Pass, the cost was only $12.

Camp host was very friendly. FYI if you are tent camping pick an interior site — this campground does not have tent pads. We originally had a site up against the lake shore but there was not a good level spot to put the tent on. You will need to bring your own pop up for shade!

Always a good spot in the corner and will camp in that spot again.

Everything was perfect here. The amenities, the atmosphere, the scenery, the cleanliness, the site space and layout. I wish I could give more stars. Honestly if I could have I would have stayed longer.

Nice campsites, well maintained grounds, beautiful lake views, clean showers.

I stayed in two different spots while I was there. Spot number 13 was not very level, but I was able to find some rocks and drive my camper up on the rocks to level it.. I moved a couple of days later to space number 12 and it was much nicer. Both spaces are big clean and right next to the water great view.. space number 12 had a great big shade tree which made the yard and the grass area so nice to enjoy. I’ll be stopping back and camping here again. This place is great.
