What Guests Are Saying
Minooka Park offers beautiful scenery and well-maintained, spacious campsites, making it a great camping destination. Guests appreciate the clean facilities, friendly staff, and recreational opportunities available, particularly the stunning views of the lake. However, some campers noted the need for more water hookup sites and improvements to certain amenities, such as leveling issues on some pads and increased accessibility to water.

Nice park. the site was well maintained and easy to back into, considering i arrived long after sunset. i have camped here many years ago, when it was basically primative and I'd say the modern version still retains some of the geographic uniqueness i remember.

Park was clean. Well mowed. Good site. Had electrical issues. Breaker had be changed at post, no power at first, sounded like arc (pop) in post , then stayed on. Would not shut off or trip. Plug ins appeared worn and burned. Lake has had electrical issues several years, upgrades and repairs are needed throughout several parks. Long time camper of Wilson Lake. Felt like posts should have been tested before a big weekend like memorial weekend. They were quick to check and change and we enjoyed the weekend. Thank you.
