What Guests Are Saying
Minooka Park offers beautiful scenery and well-maintained, spacious campsites, making it a great camping destination. Guests appreciate the clean facilities, friendly staff, and recreational opportunities available, particularly the stunning views of the lake. However, some campers noted the need for more water hookup sites and improvements to certain amenities, such as leveling issues on some pads and increased accessibility to water.

Amazing! Driving cross-country with the family, and this is only a few miles off the highway. The lake is amazing and the campgrounds are well-kept. On-site ranger (didn't meet the host) was v.helpful. Do try to get a site with shade if you are camping - the sun can be hot! Absolutely recommend this campground.

We enjoy the laid back nature of Minooka park at Wilson Lake, as well as at all the Corps of Engineer campgrounds we have stayed at.
