What Guests Are Saying
Pikes Ridge is highly praised as a clean, well-maintained campground with beautiful views and friendly hosts, making it a favorite for many families over the years. Guests appreciate the spacious shower facilities, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent access to water activities like kayaking and fishing. Some minor concerns include the narrow access road and occasional noise from generators, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

I don't like that in the non electric areas you can't run generator all night. I will not come and stay in a non electric spot again. Unless I am able to run generator 24hrs.

Pikes Ridge was amazing! The views from our campsite were spectacular and the playground was close enough that the kids could play while we setup our camper. Perfect for kayaking and fishing as well. Would definitely recommend!

We have been camping for years at Pikes Ridge campground. This Spring we we surprised to see a new shower house was built. What a nice improvement! We camp here several times thru the year and love it. We are able to bring our boat and have it right behind our camper, on the primitive side. Nice beach for everyone to enjoy. Playground for the kids.

I have been going to pikesridge for many years and I was very disappointed that the beach was littered with flood debris from the spring floods, also that the new shower house was not completed, along with that the contractor that cuts the grass does a unacceptable job, I believe the contractors believe that they are locked in even the one that spread the sand on the beach and destroyed the water run off from the parking lot, I am aware that there are two other campgrounds but it seems that they have let pikesridge be the last to be prepared for the opening, very disappointed on how it is being maintained
