There is no campground host this year so there is no ice or firewood available at the campground like previous years. Overall it was a quiet, clean campground. We love coming here every year.

The ramp into the site is narrow and the paving is crumbling up. I had a fall over the bad paving. After a trip to E.R.and seven stiches later we left never to return.

We really enjoy camping at Hurricane Creek. We have stayed here/camped here for past 5 years or so. Many of the sites are very good. They have added some gravel, some new fishing tables, picnic tables in sites. The managers of the campground are nice and helpful. We buy the firewood from them at the campground. We really like staying on the front sites as you come in on the right. We also like, no. 18 and 25. There are a few on the back side that we just don't prefer due to the view. We enjoy looking at the water. We highly recommend anyone to give Hurricane Creek a chance. You will be pleased. It's a smaller campground, which we have grown to really like!!! We prefer wooded lots and less crowded places to camp, within an hour and 15 mins. from our home.
