Site was recently updated, new gravel and enlarge the site. Great views. Campground hosts where good down to earth people.

The park was excellent. The view from our site was wonderful. The peaceful setting was just what we needed. The neighbors were very cordial and helpful, offering great recommendations.

nice campground. gravel sites and pretty much level. water and electric at site. inner sites have more trees for shade. outer sites have nice water view of lake.

even with the water up after the rain. the swimming area was a pleasure , and we was able to also enjoy our paddle boat and some fishing.

The firewood policy requires visitors at Lake Barkley’s campgrounds to use only firewood that has been certified as heat-treated by U.S. Department of Agriculture or state natural resource agency. |
