What Guests Are Saying
Cave Creek campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and enjoyable amenities, including a boat ramp and private showers. Many campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite spot for family gatherings and outdoor activities. However, there is concern about its potential closure and reduced operating schedule, which has saddened many regular visitors.

The shower house was dirty the whole in entire time I was there they never got clean. The outhouse bathroom toilet was clogged the interior time I was there and never got cleaned. And the people at the desk couldn't even help me with a Reservation. They are not doing their job like they're supposed to be.

Small campground off the beaten path. Loop A had spacious sites, but was sandwiched between the road and large parking lot. Loops B and C sites were very close to each other. Host was friendly and I enjoyed watching the chipmunks scurrying about.
Weekend campers were loud, up late and over occupied sites.
Long term campers (over 14 days) were privileged and treated campgrounds like personal property.

Cave Creek is a nice peaceful campground. It’s easy to relax when you’re there and we always enjoy meeting new people. The new attendants this year are really nice people.
