We like camping here it is relaxing and a good view. However rated it a 4 instead of a 5, is the picnic tables need to be inspected on a regular basis, this is the 2nd year in a row where there was a major yellow jacket nest and a wasp nest under the table. Just think if you were to sit at the table you would be in trouble

I always enjoy my trips to COE campgrounds; however, most concerns were due to campers. The men’s restrooms had mud tracked into them. I watched another camper take his tote to dump station without a hose and just dump his black water into the trough. Couldn’t believe it. Does someone have to be told to use a HOSE!

First of all the wood they gave us would not burn at all , we had 3 hungry grandchildren that was wanting hot dogs and smores , we finally gave up on that and got out our electric stove and the breaker blew , so that was not an option had to go get an attendee was not an enjoyable experience .

We have camped at this campground for years and always enjoy coming back. It is a nice place for a relaxing family camping trip, and also very conveniently located close to town of Grand Rivers.

The Flats is basically a parking lot with 8 parking spots. We were on 105 no shade at all. Photo and other reviews did not show or mention the location. We will be back to try another unit
