Beautiful campground with a lot of trees. We stayed on B49 which gave us a great view of the lake. Our stay was Sunday thru Wed. We walked around the road down thru the primitive sites, came across with some deer. Then the next night there was a doe and 2 fawns beside the bath house right before dusk. The sites were wide and fairly level. The shower house was ok, only thing wrong was that it needs ceiling vents to pull out hot air and moisture ( our stay was in August). Nice dumping station, off to the side of the main road, able to get to within few feet. I would recommend this place, had a great time.

The park was clean, very quiet at night. My only complaint is no fishing pier and to many rocks in the edge of the water to fish off the bank. Still it is a real nice place and we are looking forward to going back.

Site 130 is one of the better sites for big rigs. The campground is well taken care of and the lake is very clean.

Campsite was clean front gate staff could have been more informative and helpful for first time visitors. Did not appreciate ranger pounding on door at 8:30 pm to reiterate that our generator should be turned off at 10pm. Maybe if it was running after ten a gentle knock at the door would have been justified.

We really like this campground and area. The only 2 things that are head scratching are the prime water sites do not have water nor electric (rarely anybody staying in these) and the more expensive water and electric sites are crammed together in the interior. The other thing is the main dump station is on the way in after the pay booth instead of when you leave...creates a big head ache and traffic jam on weekends. The lake is beautiful and clean...green grass and trees (clean water and air).
