My wife and I have traveled many places, both state and federal parks, nation forests, private campgrounds etc - easily one of the nicest we have been to. We stayed a D-1 and the view was 10/10, we weren’t packed even remotely near the neighbor and it was level. Be aware they don’t take card payment (as of 4/2022) and that was the closest thing to a problem we had. The camp hosts were all great and really fast for what we needed, which was buying more wood. 10/10

Holly Bay was just as pleasant as always! Staff is very caring and helpful! Campsites, bath houses, and trails were very well kept! This campground is our favorite place to go! We get the same kind of service from the campground staff every time regardless if we are doing a pull in or walk in site!

Nice campground with clean restrooms. We were happy to visit on the opening weekend of the season.
Our major disappointment was the lack of potable water at the campsite. The water looked like milk, even after we ran the tap for 30 minutes. We were not going to risk drinking disinfectant!

Getting there in a larger Class A motor home towing a car was a bit challenging with narrow country roads with lots of slow to 25 mph but it is worth it. Beautiful campground , so clean with super friendly campground staff.
