We were on site H6. Wish we'd have known it was 2 tiered levels. The details didn't mention that. The bathrooms were clean but in the G loop showers the men's had one of 3 that was adjustable on the water temperature, the others were random. Otherwise, we were pleased with the campground and the staff were friendly & helpful! I would stay here again.

The sites were level with plenty of space, good drainage, & lots of trees all around. Nice, well-travelled trails in the area & swimming available as well. The showers are subpar, as the 'control' is just a button you push to get ~10 seconds of lukewarm water & there is very little space to keep your stuff dry. Despite that I found it to be a supremely relaxing atmosphere & it is near the top of my list for camping destinations.
Note to management: Upgrade the showers!!! You're so close to being the best!

Hands down best camping spot. Well maintained and spaced out giving campers privacy. We were a walk away from Laurel lake with nice view. The Sheltowee hiking trails was beyond my expectations. Helpful staff. Highly recommend!

First night we had a bear in our camp. Scared my wife to death! Honestly scared me some too but she would not sleep in the tent after that. The bear marked my Jeep and stunk to the high heavens. Beautiful scenery couldn’t get a bite fishing for hours upon end at the lake which was pretty close to our campsite. The lake was approximately a quarter of a mile from the site. Everything was so relaxing and fun besides worrying about that bear coming back.

Love Holly Bay. Campsites have plenty of room and not close to the next campsite. Bath house is clean and easy excess to the lake

The campground was extremely clean, including the restrooms. We were very surprised of how beautiful the campsites were. We were in H06 and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was more than accommodating and extremely friendly. We spoke to a few of the camp hosts and they were pleasant and made you feel very comfortable. We also spoke to the camp manager and she was also extremely kind and helpful.
We've already made reservations for the fall and can't wait to return.

From London, Kentucky, take Exit 38 off I-75. Turn west on KY 192, then go 14.2 miles and turn south (left) on KY 1193. Follow signs to Holly Bay Campground entrance (3 miles).

Policies & Rules
General
- Each single campsite is limited to 6 people and 2 vehicles.Double sites are limited to 12 people and 4 vehicles.Cars, trucks, trailers, boats, motorcycles ,etc. ARE considered vehicles. One boat or trailer per site only.All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on roadsides, grass, or non-designated areas is not permitted.If space allows, additional vehicles may be permitted for a $10 fee per vehicle. However, extra vehicles may be refused if parking is not available.All additional vehicles must exit the campground by , unless parked in an approved designated parking area.Guests are responsible for ensuring their party complies with all occupancy and vehicle limits.
- Pet Policy – Dogs must be kept on a visible leash at all times. Electronic fence collars are not allowed.
- Reserve Your Site Carefully – Make sure the site you choose can accommodate your equipment. The site you reserve is yours; moving to another site is not allowed.
- Boat & Trailer Policy – Only one boat and trailer per campsite is allowed due to limited space at the boat ramp and within the campsites. Boat Trailers Count as a vehicle.
- Electric Surcharge – Electric hookups include a surcharge in the campsite price.
- Occupancy Limits – Maximum of 6 campers per single site.

- Bear Safety – Bears frequent in the area. Keep all food in approved containers at all times to protect yourself and wildlife.
- Firewood Guidelines – Don’t move firewood! Help protect our forests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. To learn more, visit Don't Move Firewood
