The Campground was very well kept. The showers , laundry and toilets was a short walk.
I can't wait to go again.

The campground was really nice. There was a lot of debris on the ground from the previous fall, but otherwise the our campsite was well-maintained. The on-site camp store was a great convenience, and the bathrooms/showers were nice and regularly cleaned.

Mammoth Cave Campground is in easy walking distance to the Visitor Center, which made everything super convenient—no need to worry about parking or driving over. A great, hassle-free spot if you plan to explore the cave and hike the trails.

Making advanced reservations for guided cave tours apparently is a must. All guided tours were sold out during our stay, but we were able to get tickets for the self-guided Discovery tour. It turned out to be very enjoyable. Would recommend if you want a relaxed pace. Also very good for small children.

Nice camp for my class c. Weak T mobile signal, not enough open sky for Starlink despite no leaves on the trees. The cafe looked like a decent place for burgers and such at prices not too inflated.

Loved it. All workers were accommodating and NOT “ authoritarian like.” Green River ferry is cool. Dog barking and loud generators were minimal. All good.

Great campsite with plenty of room. We were self contained and had all we needed. Ready walk to the caves and store.

We camped at Mammoth Cave campground. It was conveniently located close to the Mammoth Cave National Park visitor center, lodge, and cave entrance. It was walkable to the visitor center, but we did not walk there since we stayed one night and had to check out by the time our tour began. We stayed the first week the campground was open for the season and it was well cared for and prepared. Restrooms were nice and easy walking from our site.
