The night we camped without electricity was uncomfortable. We moved sites for night two and it was great.

Awesome tours (Domes & Dripstones and Historical) and great tour guides for both of them. I did worry about the D&D tour having so many steps, but there were never so many at one time that it felt like it was strenuous at all. In fact, in my opinion, the Historical was a little harder than the D&D due to the amount of steps at one time right at the end. The only thing I regret is that I stayed 2 days to do the cave tours and didn't realize the beauty of this park on the surface. I missed out on some exceptional hiking trails. Will definitely have to come back.

Beautiful campground, nice big spaces, easy access to bike trail, visitor center, and camp store. Highly recommended.

We stayed 7 nights in early October. The park is shady (so shady that we had trouble using our solar chargers), quiet, peaceful, and dark at night. There were deer wandering through daily, and we heard owls and coyotes at night. If you bring a hatchet, there is plenty of wood nearby to use for fires without needing to buy any. It was a delightful place to stay!

Great campground. Very clean and sites were spacious. Would camp there again. Enjoyed how it was so close to the park visitor center

Campsites were clean and orderly, staff was very kind and amenities were cleaned and cared for. We had a great time, I definitely recommend the cave tours and ice cream!

The Mammoth Cave campground within the national park was a super convenient place to stay, an easy walk to the visitor center and lodge.
