B8, very quiet and secluded spot, close to the bathrooms/showers and also close to a nice hiking trail. The beach was a great time, like always, not too busy but a lot of fun.

We had a great trip - again. We always enjoy our stays at Twin Knobs. Facilities were well kept, friendly staff, and a great week overall. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

This is a beautiful campground. A lot of sites have a sense of privacy. They do not have water hook up though, and that is the only reason for 4 stars, instead of 5.

Will never be back. East group is reservation only, supposedly, but we had several cars pulling up and parking to use the bathroom at our site. Why are they allowed back there when all of my guests had to obtain parking tags to show proof they're in my party? I asked one man to leave whose wife went to the bathroom and he called me a Karen, and told me to shut up and leave. He yelled something else I couldn't make out and I took a picture of his license plate to report him, but I never did. There is a group camping site not far off that come up in huge crowds to use the bathrooms as well. Some teenage boys were being loud and obnoxious so I walked down to ask them not to be loud, and one boy turned to his friend and gestured that I was crazy. I told them I'm not crazy, wasn't being rude but they are, and I needed them to move on. These spoiled children went back and apparently told their parents that we had told them they couldn't use the bathroom...literally never said that! Later their parents came and confronted us about it. We told them the story but the mom was upset telling us we had to share the bathroom. I told her to take it up with the front gate. Maybe she should supervise her kids herself...anyways, awhile after that, two park workers showed up to crash our event (graduation party for my son) and acted like they were investigating me for asking the obnoxious kids to leave. One worker was quiet and respectful, the other was rude, condescending, and patronizing. They kept reiterating that we had to share the bathroom even after I told them what the situation had really been. The rude worker told me to calm down, said "I don't mean to sound racist, but we're the kids American?" And I don't even know what that means. I didn't ask for ID. I assume he meant people of different ethnicities aren't American and was asking if I ran off POC. These kids were white btw. The workers then proceeded to walk around our site and investigate. I was so embarrassed.
