Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the lake, well-maintained facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for family activities like fishing and swimming. We have stayed here for years and normally don’t have this problem, but the restrooms were not cleaned very often and were frequently out of soap or toilet paper.

We have camped at Twin Knobs campground many times. Camped on numerous loops. The campsites are very spacious and well maintained on every visit. The bathrooms are always very clean and spacious. The Staff are always very helpful and friendly. The Lake is so beautiful and clean and easily accessible. We Love Kentucky's best kept secret!!!

F20 might be the best spot! There is a little trail that goes down to the lake where you can put in Paddle Boards. Twin Knobs is beautiful. The bath house is to be expected for a camp ground but not too gross. Just don’t forget shower shoes.
