Took the family camping over the break, we were there friday to Sunday $59.23 after tax. We enjoyed the entire time, not one instance feeling unsafe or a need to leave early. Owner was super cool and inviting. My husband and his cousin took the drone out after dark and comically did a few tree knocks 🐵. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

We stayed here at the end of april with our camper and really enjoyed it. The campground was clean and the staff were super friendly.

We had a site right on the river, which was awesome—such a nice, relaxing view. The area felt really quiet and secluded, which made it even better.

Overall, it was a great, peaceful stay and we’d definitely come back again.

Super relaxing site. Ample space for primitive camping, super peaceful, clean bathroom and shower facilities, very nice staff. I also purchased the firewood and it was a huge bag for $14! Check their events calendar too as they have different events in certain weekends. Easy access to fishing as well

Would have given this place a 5 star— butttt, in my opinion, the entrance needed to be a little wider and leveled off to make it easier to come and go with a 5th wheel. Other than that, it was very quiet, clean, the customer service was great, and being away from the huddle and bustle of people was a breath of fresh air. Would suggest a pet place for our little fur babies to run around in. Perhaps some pet stations to dispense bags for those who don’t bring any ( we did, but did see people who forgot). It does have FAST WIFI! Great place to just ā€œbeā€ , (just needs entrances fixed for us big guys)

Nothing ā€œwrongā€ per se with the camp site, but it felt very lacking. First, some positives were the fast and reliable WiFi and late check in and check out times. It was also pretty clean. Unfortunately it lacked the kind of homey or community feel I’ve gotten at other sites. It also seemed out of the way of everything, and the view wasn’t really breathtaking to make up for it. I love remote locations, but this just felt empty in the middle of nothing. The bathrooms were mostly clean, but the main doors didn’t shut properly, and there was only one shower in the men’s and women’s rooms that had the toilet in the same stall. We weren’t given any kind of information at check in like I’ve gotten at every other camp site. We had no picnic table at our site and none of the fire pits had grates if you wanted to cook over the fire. There’s also no emergency contact number. There was a stray dog (but still good boy) walking around the grounds in the morning, but we couldn’t call anyone about it. The office didn’t open till noon, so I’m not sure if that situation was ever resolved. Overall, it’s a fine campground in a pinch, but definitely my least favorite camping experience I’ve ever had. Nothing that made me want to come back and camp here again.
For the owners, please at least have an emergency number to text or call outside of office hours.
