Stayed at this place several years ago (2020). I had an entire row to myself for months and it was glorious. Unfortunately some trashy sites in the middle of the park (talking old toilets and junk) with fema tarps. The manager then was great, probably my favorite park manager after doing the rv thing for 6+yrs. The terrain here can be challenging for lengthy setups but it was great for me.
Today, I would not stay here. I’ve had enough run ins with trashy folk I just avoid at this point. Have driven thru a couple times out of curiosity in recent years and it’s been allowed to be an unforgettable dump. Don’t know about the cat thing but if you can’t keep it in your site, then obviously you don’t care much.

Just off I-20, watch for signs. Google maps directed me to wrong road for entry. I don't recommend coming in after dark. It is in the woods and hilly. Navigating a longer RV will be tricky. I stayed overnight in lot 36. Great grassy area with large hillside deck. Easy pull through. No frills small womens shower with sink and toilet adjacent to laundry room. Very nice handicap ramp. Very peaceful. Looks to be a mix of all kinds of kind folks throughout the park. Will stay again.

Very quite, can hear some traffic now & then but isnt loud; woody area, lot of trees; reddish dirt gravel roads in park, that ok. No frills or extras like pool, meeting rooms, no store on property, & that's ok. Nice quite sounderings. We will be back, cost to stay here is good. We like this park.

I have seen bad reviews saying this place is scary. I am not sure where some people are staying but this was a perfectly fine park with woods and ponds. There were 2 long terms I saw that had some kids toys and junk lying around but definitely nothing spooky. The trees and the decent space away from the highway made it quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The hook ups worked properly and the staff made it super easy to check in late. Definitely would stay again.

This is mainly a residential park, so if you're looking for a one-night stay but couldn't get a hold of the manager (call nor text) but tried to stop anyway because you have two small kids and an elderly dog and are brave to drive through the park searching for what you hope is one of two possible open spots due to the two envelopes at the cash drop box, you may find yourself in one of the only open spots - E61, where you'll most assuredly be awakened before the sun rises to the continual call of a singular crowing rooster at your neighboring site.
Everything else was great 👍.
