Fireside RV Resort

Fireside is awesome! My family absolutely loves it here! Every time we come we have such a great time! The staff is always so friendly and attentive to the guests needs. 10/10 would highly recommend! We will be coming back!!

Rather than go to New Orleans I stopped here to take a break from travel in my rv, eat at one of my favorite restaurants (Dimartinos in Covington) and visit Abita Springs. This rv park was very convenient and affordable. And I get to experience the cajun culture without the hassles of going into NOLA. The staff is nice and the maintenance guy Spencer was very helpful. I didn’t have a problem but the guy next to me had one with his electric hook up and Spencer solved the problem for him. I really like it here and intend to come back.

Stayed in 19, a pull thru. It was easy, but be aware that your open area faces two other campsites, so there’s no privacy.
The facilities were fantastic. It was fun to have a bar by the pool with a swim up option. The Lazy River was nice and chilly for a June afternoon. The DJ at the bar was great and the community was super friendly.
All aspects of the resort were clean and well maintained.

My aunt & I were excited to use her rv for the first time & Fireside Resort was the best first experience. The resort is clean & the bath houses are spacious & clean, as well. Kelsey at the front desk was so amazing & helpful. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time so we did not get to experience the pool & lazy river which is why we chose this place. So we will definitely be going back.

We have thoroughly enjoyed camping at FIRESIDE. The lazy river was so relaxing. The water was perfect. It was clean and having the swim up bar where you can get drinks and not even have to leave the water. Campsites are clean! have tree coverage for shade and have everything you need. The camp sites aren’t on top of each other but close enough for a couple or multiple families/friends can still be close to each other and enjoy your time. We have stayed here 3 weekends out of the last 4 and we will definitely be back. We met Mr. Scott when he came up to use to introduce himself as he was greeting and checking on campers at the pool/lazy river area. If you are looking for somewhere to camp but want to be in a calm, peaceful and easy going FUN atmosphere then FIRESIDE is definitely the place to be
