Cajun Oasis RV Resort

Located off US10, this was a great find! Plenty of open back-ins and pull-throughs, plus a pleasant staff that goes out of the way to make you feel welcome.

The first building on the right that says “office” is not the one to stop at - continue forward into the heart of the park to the building with the read roof straight ahead.

Bonuses:
- small poker machine area off to one side of the check-in area;
- a reasonably well-stocked bar if you don’t want anything fancy;
- a kitchen that serves wings and pizza - I was a bit skeptical at first but both turned out to be quite well done;
- and the best, a huge dog park where our pups could run and chase balls to their heart’s content. It was well picked up, but a bit soggy on our first day due to the heavy rains, much better after a day to dry out.

And it was quiet - could barely hear the freeway and I got one of my best nights sleep.

Owner is super nice and helpful. Beautiful landscape with ponds and a swimming hole with a beach. Sites have a good distance in between each other. Owner is expanding with concrete sites. Wildlife includes ducks, deer, turkey and on occasion Osprey. It is January and I would love to visit here in the summer!

Clean, spaced out nice, little fun bar in park, fishing pond, cart trails, most welcoming owner, you feel like family instantly, great pot lucks, huge fire rings and peaceful! Recommend to anyone looking for a great spot!

Campers delight for total relaxation with an on-site store for necessities. A very nice and clean swimming beach with a couple of fishing lakes close by. The sites are gravel and level with over 70 foot pull throughs. Plenty of room with grass between sites. Great firepits for evening fires with an attached cooking grate. The employees are super to work with and the owner Jonathan runs a nice bar by the beach with TV's to watch your favorite games. He is also committed to seeing that you enjoy your stay. Restrooms by the beach and laundry available.

Spent Memorial Weekend with a group had a Great time! Very friendly Staff! Weather was perfect! Spaces have lots of room easy pull through! Have WiFi and full hookups! A nice breeze comes off the Lake! Go check it out! Also Laundry Room and a nice store!
