Rohrbach Group Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with clean facilities, making it a favorite for many scout troops. While the distance from parking and the sloped terrain can pose challenges, campers appreciate the space between sites and nearby hiking opportunities. The lack of convenient potable water is noted, but overall, the site provides a pleasant camping experience.

The site was very nice, just make sure you have a wagon or something to transport your equipment from the parking lot to the campsite. It is a long distance with a hill, going in isn't too bad, but packing it out uphill was a little challenging as we had mainly very young scouts. The scout enjoyed the entire trip.

We had a good time. The latrines were nice and stocked. The site was as expected and within walking distance from the battlefield and within 20 minute drive from Walmart if you need anything.

Love that there is space between the campsites and enough space to run around. The boys really enjoyed that. I will note that it is not the flattest camping location, but that just added to the fun and stories. Thanks for having us.

Our pack and troop enjoyed a stay for two nights in campsite 1. We enjoyed a quiet camp, with ample space, and a clean restroom. Enjoyed our weekend!

Excellent campsite with good facilities. Drinking water is not convenient, but otherwise, its a great campsite.

Nice sites. Easy check in. Hilly. Difficult to find flat spots for tents but nice to be on part of battlefield. Quick walk to Burnside Bridge. Comfort stations clean. Overall sites very clean. Water available at visitors center.
