Very convenient campsite, one of if not the closest site to the foot bridge that crosses onto the campground. Very flat, nice view of the water. A short walk to the bathroom, a slightly longer walk to the water pump, though. Nothing too intense, I comfortably recommend this site.

Our campsiite was good, tidy, and easily accessible. The toilet was clean and had toilet paper. Disappointed there was no potable water on site.

The camping here was amazing. I would recommend coming in through the back end of Canal St for access to the campground. Clean. Quiet. Right on the river. Plenty of space. There are toilets, but no shower. There are also limited water sources. Bring your own water/shower! Great hammock stay.

We really enjoy these campsites. They've got a decent amount of space and numbers 19 / 20 have a good amount of trees around them to make them seem more private. It seems like most of the campsites also have a walking path down to the water which is a really nice feature. My only complaint is that the only bathroom facilities are located about a 7 or 8 minute walk away when you are staying in the higher numbered sites. I wish that they would put another set of porta-potties at the other end of the camp site.

Excellent camp site. Amazing Potomac views with towpath directly behind. Site 19 was spacious and had flat spot for setting up tent, either on the hill or by the park bench and fire pit. Portopotties and pit toilets were well maintained. Campground hosts were present and helpful. Highly recommend.
