We visited the last weekend of the season and had a somewhat different experience than other reviews. We were caravanning with 3 motor homes and we felt the staff was unpleasant during check in. Towed vehicles have to be unhooked and your equipment has to be left unsecured by the office. There are several sites with very old mold covered campers so if you have allergies or a sensitivity to mold I would avoid this location.

The only reason for 3 stars is there are wooded trails that were fantastic for walking our dogs.

Camp sites were tidy and hookup to the camper was easy peasy. The bathrooms were up-to-date and very clean. We weren't too far from things to do - we did apple picking at Stowe Farm. A little too chilly to swim the lake, but it was a lovely scenic view. All the staff was friendly. One of my favorite sites we visited this past season, will definitely return!

Me and my girlfriend went for an end of season camping trip, as I have a friend who has a seasonal site there. It was very nice and peaceful. It was family friendly, and lots to do on the premises. The tent site we were at was clean and secluded and very quiet. The staff there was friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. Well definitely be going again!

This was our second stay at Sutton Falls. Wife and I love this campground. Staff is very nice campground is neat there are a number of seasonal campers, some look like they have been there a while and I don't blame them. We had a waterfront site which was very nice, one of the absolute best sites we have had anywhere. Some sites seem a little close but no closer than most campgrounds. Pond is pretty and fish were active you will need a MA license. Nice store wood is very reasonable. Easy 5 Star Pick for us

Beautiful camping area! We were water view site 51 and loved it! The spots are a little tight but that’s the camping trend everywhere. The staff was helpful and kind, the store fully stocked, and plenty to do in the area. It’s about 1.5 hours to Salem or Boston and the local hiking and biking is amazing! Bring your bike! Thanks for an amazing week!
