​We'd been eagerly awaiting our September 2024 trip to The Woods after booking, and the wait was absolutely worth it! This place is truly beautiful.

​The cabins were perfect: beautiful, cozy, and just the right size for two. My favorite feature had to be the heated mattress pad, which was a lifesaver with morning temperatures dipping down to 42°.

​The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was flawless. The bathhouse was unlike any camping restroom I've ever used—it was warm, impeccably clean, and the acoustic music playing was a lovely touch.
​Safety and comfort are clearly a priority. The walkways are well-lit at night, making evening strolls feel comfortable and secure. Plus, the daily pastries and coffee were delicious!

​We drove all the way from Wisconsin, and it was 100% worth the drive. A definite 10/10 stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Every detail is so thoughtfully done, from the charming decor to the cozy, moody, and private bathrooms that feel like a spa retreat. The cabins themselves are unique, perfectly designed, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Truly, you don’t need to bring much, they’ve thought of it all.

The property is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the personal touches throughout make it feel extra special. The grounds are quiet, secluded, and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and decompress. At night, the soft lighting adds a magical, serene glow that makes the whole experience unforgettable.

This small family business goes above and beyond in every way. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care shine through in every part of the stay. We’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone about this hidden gem!

Our first stay in the Woods was amazing. This was not a surprise to us seeing the number of 5 star reviews online. Everything was as described/pictured on their website. I loved all of the little details, from the music and art in the bathrooms to the wildflowers sprinkled along the paths. You can tell they put so much of their heart into this magical place. We will be returning, but not soon enough!

This place is amazing! The pictures and videos are nice but don’t even do it justice. The walk in to the property is beautiful and keeps the entire experience serene as there is no noise pollution from vehicles. Cabins have electricity, soft beds and AC. The attention to detail in the rooms and throughout the entire property is incredible, they have thought of everything. I loved sitting and watching the resident chickens in their coops. Cute little Easter eggs all over the property like mushrooms to find and little hammocks scattered throughout the walking trails. The bath house is nothing like any camping bath house, it feels like you are in a nice hotel as soon as you step in. AC, spa music, hot showers, fluffy white towels and every amenity you can think of if you happened to forget something at home. Loved that it was dog friendly too. We can’t wait to visit again soon.
