We loved our site. Many of them have a path to their picnic table and fire pit area, often up a slight hill. Our table and fire pit were adjacent to the parking area, so our awning was useful in rainy weather. Not a deal breaker but something to consider. Facilities worked as expected. The entire Sleeping Bear area was wonderful - so much to do!

Such a great site. This campground is so quiet. The shower houses are immaculate. Cell service is spotty. The path to the beach is perfect.

We love camping at the Platte River NP campground! Campsites are very well kept and private. Restrooms are always clean and well maintained. Great location with lots to do including hiking, biking and kayaking down the beautiful Platte River!
