Amazing little hidden gem of a campground. The sites are large and private, the hosts take excellent care of the bathrooms and campsites, and the drive to pictured rocks is beautiful!

This is a beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained campground with welcoming and friendly hosts. The sites are generously sized, and are wooded in between the sites, so you have a fair amount of privacy. A short 10 minutes to the beautiful Au Train beach, and easy day trips to Pictured Rocks, Munising, and Marquette. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful little lake. Relaxing site with close proximity to Pictured Rocks. Numerous places to rent kayaks, canoes, and even pontoons in the area. Great little store in Au Train with incredible bakers (pasties and cherry turnovers were my weakness). Really beautiful trail through evergreen forest with extensive info on songbirds. Cleanest restrooms l have ever seen. Quiet and lovely.

Swimming area was very small...surrounded by marsh plants, and was less then 3 ft deep. Bathrooms are just vault toilets that always had a line of people waiting to use. No shower facilities.
