Great campsite, with privacy between sites, very quiet lake. Will bring fishing boat back next time.

Beautiful spot off the beaten path. It's a rustic campsite but the bathroom are a well maintained as any I've seen at any campsite. Close to town and multiple attractions. I'll be back for sure.

Like many national forrest campgrounds the sites are generous and well spaced. Many sites are on the water. My only disappointment is the lack of enforcing dogs being leashed and people cleaning up after their pets, especially at the swimming beach area.

Definitely a very nice place to camp. As previous reviews stated...the pit toilets are very clean and if the lid is kept closed they smell nice (camp host puts air fresheners in there...a plus)! The sites are very nice, spacious and secluded. They permit generators but I never heard one during our stay. There's a lot of action on the lake for fishing but I never got a chance to try it. A small swimming area was nice and very clean. The water was very refreshing. Campground host was very attentive and very kind.

Camp host was friendly and helpful. Fellow campers complained about noise at 9pm when were were just sitting around talking and laughing and another camper yelled at part of our group for using a generator at 9 am. Unless you plan on being extremely quiet I would go elsewhere to camp. The campsites are also very shaded and dark.

This campground is gorgeous! I loved how private each campsite is, nestled in trees and spread out from each other. The lake is lovely and we adored the area. Wishing driving distance to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and downtown Munising.

The campsites look close together when you reserve one online, but in reality they are very well spaced out. You feel like you have a private campground and are hardly aware of your neighbors. I would visit this campground again.
