Allowed dogs but the trails surrounding camp did not allow dogs 😕. Campsite was clean and vault toilets were well kept.

Little Beaver Campground offers a serene and clean environment, with well-maintained pit toilets, potable water, and proximity to beautiful hiking trails and scenic views of Little Beaver Lake. Visitors appreciate the small size and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for those looking to escape the crowds. However, some reviewers reported issues with campsite reservation discrepancies and mosquito infestations, suggesting caution during bug season.

Picked the spot that said would fit a 30 ft camper. Ours was 26 ft and struggled to get in site. Other campers and hikers had to help direct parking. 3 mi dirt road is ment for only one vehicle at a time so if pulling any type of camper you are stuck. For a dirt road it is well maintained. No beach area or fishing from shore, just a boat launch spot. Place is ment for rough camping and hikers only. We booked for a week and left after one night. Picnic tables were anchored down so couldn't even move away from fire pit. Huge boulders in each camping area prevented us to be able to park in our campsite.

The view from site #2 was terrific and did not disappoint. We even saw a beaver! We were dry camping in a 25’ motorhome. Everyone else was tent camping. Nicely quiet.

There are great trails to hike from the campsite. It is quiet, secluded and natural, with beautiful lakes and wildlife. Perfect for tent camping!

Stayed at campsite #2. Had a great little spot of the water all too myself. Thick bushes surrounded the sides of the site so you have a quite a bit of privacy. Very clean, no bugs, a bit chilly but nothing a Hoodie and some sweats couldn't handle. Overall great location near the water. Beautiful sunrise right across the water. Hiking trail in the area was phenomenal. Great pathway though the woods, across a steam and to the beach.
-campsite # 2. Memorial weekend May 28-31
