Camping at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is a great way to relax and enjoy the beauties the lakeshore has to offer. Campgrounds are rustic, and do not provide electric or sewer hookups. Campers, trailers, and RVs are welcome, note there are generator free areas. Cell phone reception is limited, so unplug, unwind, and enjoy the serenity Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Campgrounds has to offer.  This small campground (9 sites) is located 3 mi (0.6 mi) north of Alger County Road H-58 and 20 mi northeast of Munising on Little Beaver Lake. One campsite is wheelchair accessible. Because of the small campsites and the narrow, twisting, hilly access road it is highly suggested you check the campsite length, width, and height before booking.Pets are NOT allowed at Little Beaver Campground.A small boat ramp is available for launching boats. Our experience here was OK, the environment was enjoyable however the individuals camping across from us in site #8 Were very loud And not respectful of others in the small campground. Loud music, talking, inappropriate language and carrying on until late hours of the night disturbed our overall experience.

Wonderful, small, quiet facility...very well kept, very clean, not a bad campsite. Only issue was the constant number of people driving thru the campground because they don't realize it is now reservation only.

We picked this campground because it was the closest to the Chapel Falls Trailhead (without having to hike to it). We didn't exactly spend a ton of time at the campground, but it definitely suited our purposes. It was clean, the bathroom was supplied, and it was convenient. It rained the entire time we were there and we still had a fantastic time, if that gives you any idea how awesome Pictured Rocks is.

Campground is definitely a ways off the highway, but it is a great small campground, situated on the shore of a lake. We were there in the fall and it was beautiful.

Great campground for those that like piece and quiet. Trail access is wonderful. I used the campsite as a basecamp for two days of trail running. Could not have been any better. 10 out of 10!
