My stay was a return trip from earlier this summer. Enjoyed the beautiful sweet sounds of the loons daily, lake was warm and clean for swimming and kayaking. Sites private, bathrooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely return when I come back through the UP.

The flush toilets and facilities were clean and in very good shape. The sites were spacious and ours (6) was with a sand beach access to the lake. But these sites are tent or “boondock” only. So you have to be prepared for that. And the dump station worked fine but the water flow pressure at the dump was very low due to a clogged/broken on-off valve. The fresh water supply worked just fine for potable water.

Gorgeous sites, quiet, and clean. Beautiful access to the water. Firepits were high walled.

The site were large and clean. The light, flush toilets and running water sinks were clean and very welcome. The grounds and lake were beautiful and the campground was quiet. Only minor compliant was with the online reservation system as the descriptions of the sites and what they could easily accommodate were not really accurate. We reserved two adjoining sites when the one site would have been more than enough for our small group. The online map was a little bit off as well. Overall, a great campsite and close to lots of cool places to check out like the Cut River Bridge/Gorge and the beaches along the north shore of Lake Michigan.

We stopped at Brevort Lake Campground for one night on our way to another destination. The campground was so lovely and quiet on the shores of the lake. I wish we would have stayed longer. The next time we're traveling in the Upper Peninsula, we'll make sure to stay longer at Brevort Lake.
