This campground has many lovely lake sites. An early reservation is wise. The hosts and maintenance people are very good. The only thing we disliked is the height of the firepit sides. They are so tall you can't sit and see the campfire!

The campground is one of our favorites.
The bathrooms were always very clean.
It would be really nice if all the forest campgrounds had flush toilets and han sinks.

The campground was wonderful, very peaceful and quiet. Im not impressed with the reservation system though. I arrived 1 day prior to my reservation and was lucky enough to find a spot that was available through the time I'd planned on staying, because for some reason someone else had also been able to book the same spot on the same day I was supposed to stay there.

I love that the campsites are nicely spaced out, with options to be near the water or wooded area. It is also very peaceful and the camp host was awesome. Has a nice park area that you can enjoy and go out on the water!

There is a reason I keep returning to this place. You can't beat the ability to kayak right from your campsite, listening to loons and seeing bald eagles overhead. The camp host is great and it's nice to have flushing toilets. Wonderful place!
