The camp host Dennis was so helpful. He offered me bottled water because the water could not be turned on yet but I had brought my own bottled water. He loaded and unloaded my generator for me. Which was over and above. Site was clean. Quiet campground!

Camp hosts (Dennis and Tay) were very nice and provided a lot of helpful information regarding the surrounding area. The park was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back next camping season.

Great little spot. Nice, paved camper spots. Private. Camp host was visible and helpful. Stayed two nights - kayaked the Pine River (highly recommend doing this, permit required_.

Peterson Bridge is a lovely wooded campsite next to the river with sites that are a good size and enough space between sites. There are pit toilets but also one large bathroom with hot water, and it was very clean and pleasant. We would be glad to get back there someday.

I feel that without having a way to communicate with anybody including calling 911 is highly dangerous. We actually left early because of a medical emergency we were having. But if we needed to call 911 we would have had to leave the campground to do it and that's not safe.

Very personable host who took the time to go over all the concerns of the park. Bathrooms were very clean and welcoming.

Now if only there could be something done about the mosquitoes.
