Great campground with great campground hosts. Very private rustic sites with one flush toilet available. Was at this campground over 17 years ago and enjoyed our recent visit. Will definitely return

Campground is lovely! The hosts are wonderful. We needed our car jumped because the cold snap destroyed my phone battery and thus I was charging it in the car... oops. :) But they were over there in no time and got us going again. Really that situation could have been 10x worse without them. The bathrooms are super clean and we were close to the main flush toilets which were really nice. I'm giving 4 stars because it would have been nice to see the campsites on the map more clearly with the layout to reserve. There were some super nice sites that I would have reserved instead but we were very close to a building with a bright light that detracted from that 'great outdoors' feeling just a bit. Regardless, it was still a beautiful campground and we will definitely have it on our list of places to consider when we visit Manistee again!
