Was a very pleasant experience. Restrooms were clean. Wood for a fire was available. Dump station was easy to get to. Very nice.

The gal who checked us in and out could have not been more helpful. It's a nice park to walk around. Surprising that just across the street from the entrance is the city of Crosslake where you could pick up anything you may have forgotten or just to shop or walk around. It was just before the Memorial Day weekend and there were many sites open. Road noise being where it is located was not really an issue. The amount of dock space for boats was incredible. Site we were on was level.
The water pressure in the men's shower was extreme, but less so in the handicapped accessible one (per my hubby's report).

Everything was fine, except there was an old boat tied to the landing dock for several days making difficult to land out boat.
I understand the boat motor died.
However, it seems to me like simple task to move the boat to one the customer holding docks out of the way of the boat lading.

Nice piers for boats. Generally level sites showers clean with good pressure. Free life jackets to use. Large sites. Very clean dump station. Negatives. No map posted in kiosk at entrance online map very hard to determine roads and sites. Could not readily discover a fishing pier or place to shore fish. However I would stay here again.

Always a good time at this park. Only suggestion would be that they would take down a couple of trees that are right next to road and in front of a couple of the camp spots. It makes it pretty hard if not impossible to get a bigger camper into the camping spot. The say a Certain length will fit but very difficult if not impossible.

We always have a great time just relaxing. We enjoy the woods, lake, sunsets, the town, and all the nice people we come in contact with at Crosslake. The staff is always friendly and attentive to any concerns.
