The sites are clean and large enough for whatever you want to bring, whether it is a tent, camper or both. Plenty of parking and bathroom facilities near the camp sites. Fire ring and picnic table at each camp site. Surrounding businesses in Crosslake are fun and inviting and they have many great choices for restaurants. We don’t want to camp anywhere else. We feel safe and it is well kept and everyone is so friendly! Many different types of camp sites to choose from. It has become a family tradition to come here several times a year. We have a camper we keep at a resort on the lake year round, but we love coming here to tent camp! They also allow pets, which is fun for everyone

The campgrounds are clean, the camp sites are generous in size . Ours faced the lake and it was a beautiful sight to see every morning. We had pizza at Rafferty’s and it was very good! Reeds grocery store ver close by. The bathrooms and showers were always clean. Will go for many years to come!

Very nice camping experience. We were lucky enough to get one of the 5 or so full hookup sites in the park, so, that was nice. Going back in September. We enjoyed going to the local History Center for an evening of music and socializing.

This campground is the bomb!! It always has been and is hard to get in to. The bathroom with showers closest to the swimming beach is FANTASTIC. It ranked 4 stars because there is NO ELECTRICITY AT ANY TENT SITES (seriously... WHY???). Also, it rained torrentially while we were putting up our canvas tent. That was really terrible, and heavy. We were on the lake, so that was glorious. The electrified trailer site #60 on the hill for a view of the lake and near the playground is always taken. The rest of the electrified trailer sites seem jammed in and on top of each other, but I'm sure it's standard. We tried one year. Yuck.

We had to take our site upon arrival and fire pit was full. Outdoor bathrooms out of tp had to bring our own until rangers started refilling the paper.
