Great spot on the lake, peaceful with lots of trees and convenient boat launch, slips, and close to any amenities you need. (Tent camping review)

Always one of our favorite campgrounds to stay at. Men's bathroom door had broken closer that apparently had been broken long enough that they placed a sign on it asking people to make sure door is closed, rather than just replacing closer. Otherwise a great stay.

No privacy and most sites hard to back into. Lots of road noise. Disgusting shower facility

We inadvertently reserved a non electric site and asked to change to an open electric. Clerk was unable to change the reservation and told me to do it online but the online option would not allow us to change. Called Rec.gov and agent canceled our current reservation and reserved us an electric site which we then paid for. We lost all our money from the first reservation except for $12. I don’t think we should have lost our entire payment when all we were doing was changing sites.

Very nice campground. It’s walking distance to town, and yet, it’s quiet and beautiful.

Large camping area with plenty of sites.
Not much can be done with the fact that there are not water hookups at sites.
Easy directions and great to see staff throughout!
