Fall lake is our absolute favorite campground in Minnesota. Sites are large and private. I love that the picnic table and fire ring are in its own area from the camping pad. The hosts are professional and very helpful. Shower houses are always clean. The lake is beautiful. However our visit was short lived due to areas wildfire and an evacuation. Rev.gov was very prompt to issue credit tour account which was helpful so we could book ourselves in a different campground.

Power to the post at my camp site went out just after midnight and stayed off for 8 hours. I paid for a site with power.

We stayed in site 46. It was a nice area but when the wind was from the east, you could smell the outhouse vent in our campsite at times. I know this season has had a lot of complications but it wasn't ideal that we lost the shower houses and toilets for the last two days we were there. The staff was very friendly and overall the site was extremely clean. In the future I would try to pick site 52 if possible. Some sites near that side of the lake have direct access through trails to the lake.

Need to advise us to code for the bathroom, before we arrive. Clean campground and bathrooms.
