What Guests Are Saying
Trails End Campground offers a stunning and serene location with beautiful views of the river and easy access to canoeing and hiking in the BWCA. Many campers appreciate the well-maintained sites, peaceful ambiance, and wildlife sightings, making it a favorite for relaxation and exploration. However, some concerns were noted regarding the cleanliness of the outhouses and the lack of on-site assistance for purchasing necessities, along with issues related to noise from nearby campers.

Someone is probably better than I am when it comes to the words that can describe this campground. My experience was quite memorable.

It’s a joy to stay at this clean, well-run campground. Entry points to both Sea Gull and Gull Lakes and beyond.

I've camped here many times. Love it up here and just about every site is perfect. The wilderness cafe has an awesome staff with canoe and kayaks for rent.

It was a great campground and the views were amazing! We were at site 4 so had water hookup and had no issues with that. The bathrooms were clean and always stocked with plenty of toilet paper. The only downfall we had is that we struggled to find the office as there never seemed to be anyone there. We ended up going to a different outfitter to find firewood and ice and Wi-Fi to be able to make any calls. The Trails End Cafe also wasn’t open so that was a bit of a bummer. We will definitely look at booking again though.
