Safety & rules

  • All activities must be conducted safely and legally.
  • No smoking is permitted inside the cabin.
  • Intoxicants other than tobacco are banned during official church events.
  • Tobacco use must be outdoors and 100 feet away from non-smokers during events.
  • Visitors are responsible for their use of intoxicants and any related issues.
  • A maximum of 60 days of residence per year is allowed.
  • Stays at a single site cannot exceed 4 weeks continuously.
  • Visitors must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Operators under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
  • Dock space is limited to one additional boat; a public ramp is available.
  • Users release the church from any liability related to campsite use.
  • This clause does not cover negligence beyond ordinary levels as per law.
  • The church aims to minimize liabilities during normal property use.
  • The Use Policy is designed for safe and meaningful site use.
  • A Campsite Committee oversees the fair use and maintenance of the site.
