- All activities must be conducted safely and legally.
- No smoking is permitted inside the cabin.
- Intoxicants other than tobacco are banned during official church events.
- Tobacco use must be outdoors and 100 feet away from non-smokers during events.
- Visitors are responsible for their use of intoxicants and any related issues.
- A maximum of 60 days of residence per year is allowed.
- Stays at a single site cannot exceed 4 weeks continuously.
- Visitors must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Operators under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
- Dock space is limited to one additional boat; a public ramp is available.
- Users release the church from any liability related to campsite use.
- This clause does not cover negligence beyond ordinary levels as per law.
- The church aims to minimize liabilities during normal property use.
