Sandy Pines Campground LLC

**Fantastic** campground. The host and her husband were incredible nice (as were the other guests there). Has beautiful lake views with access to kayaks, a swimming area and a porch swing to sit and take in the views. No excess noise from route 2 at all. The bathrooms had running water and a shower that were clean. A hiccup happened w/ the bathrooms while we were on site and the hosts were incredible responsive, informative with updates and quick to provide a solution. Access to electric hook-ups, washer and dryer (need quarters). Bring your own firewood if needed. Definitely will be stay here again when passing through.

Nice campground just off highway 2 and no traffic noise. Beautiful lake next to campground with paddle boats, kayaks and other water toys. Marshall was great and she made us feel like friends. Nice setting, full and water.electric setups, very convenient off hwy. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely, quiet little campground! We were needing a place to camp for an overnight while we were driving through the area, and called the number listed - the owner was so sweet, and said she did have space available. When we arrived that evening, she met my husband and directed us to a nice little site, right on the shore of a lake. She also invited us to use the restroom and shower that were part of the laundry facility, right across from our site. It was immaculate and so well-appointed! The campground was also so, so quiet! I highly recommend it, and if we are ever in the area again, we will stay there!

The owners are extremely friendly! We were on our way back from a state park and not ready to call our weekend quits but we couldn’t find any place that had a availability on a Saturday night until I called here... the owner was very friendly on the phone so we stopped in to see the campground! It is a hidden beautiful gem! Very reasonably priced, extremely hospitable hosts!!! We Highly recommend this campground on this small but beautiful lake!

This campground is now Sandy Pines and is newly owned by a very sweet couple! They are cleaning it up, updating the docks, bring in a swing set for the kids, and working hard to make everyone have an enjoyable stay! I am so excited to be staying here for the season! Definitely keeping them on our list of places to stay in the future!
