Obscured by fallen leaves we found our site to be a source of a very large fire ant colony that emerged from the crack in the concrete. A painful multi-bite experience for our feet where taking our mat off the ground. Use caution.
The loop farthest from the entrance is a nice place to walk. Cell coverage was good. Speed bumps were a drag.

We had Site #38....it was the best location....a pull through site next to the pond. The lake was so low that the lake front sites were very far from water. There is nothing to do in Grenada, MS. We are not fishing people and don't have a boat. We are not much on walking trails at our age, but I noticed several day use places in the park to visit. No ice or firewood in the park....you have to go into Grenada to shop.
Camp hosts are friendly and very helpful.
The bathrooms really need updating. Metal toilets!
