Very nice facility with sites close to water with great views. Would like to see sewer hook ups but for a couple of days it’s still worth going to.

There’s a nice distribution of RV and tent sites throughout this well maintained ACOE campground. The tent sites are level and the RV sites are the same, but some minor adjustments may be needed. I have a 25’ travel trailer and I believe I would be able to fit in 95% of the sites, no problem. I can see larger 5th wheels having to find a spot that’s sized just right. Some sites come with parking spaces too…I assume that’s for those in tents, but I saw some regular RV sites with them too. There are a lot of lakefront sites, but just know the trees are plentiful (which we love) so your view may be partially obstructed. Speaking of trees, we didn’t even bother to try the Starlink. Thankfully we had great service with AT&T and Verizon was OK. We did not use the comfort stations…so no comments about that. I would come back again…I now know where my preferred sites to camp in are.

This was our first visit to this campground. Only two words will describe it, Loved it!!! Will definitely be back. Bath house is dated but is clean and sanitized. Sites are spacious and set far apart. Lake is beautiful.
