We were directed to Piney Grove because the campground we were trying to check into was full, we didn't know Piney Grove existed, now we do and they will be a go-to any time we are in that area and need a place to stay.
Piney Grove was a welcome surprise, a very nice park and very reasonably priced, check it out if you are in the area.

Not a good camping spot . This was our first summer camping and I hope we can find some place better for next summer. They really need to get the laundromat opened back up too.

Halloween at Piney Grove was magical this year!! Bobby and Brenda Owen, who work at the gate during the summer and volunteer in the off season always help us with whatever we need. Park Rangers are the best, especially Ben Davis!!
