What Guests Are Saying
Clear Creek (MS) offers a scenic and tranquil camping experience with opportunities for fishing, hiking, and outdoor activities. While some facilities were noted as being in disrepair and minimal staffing was a concern, many guests appreciated the clean showers, friendly fellow campers, and the park's ongoing improvements. The campground's natural beauty and secluded atmosphere make it a potential choice for those seeking a quieter, more primitive camping experience.

Campground is rather run down with lots of closed sites. Whole areas blocked off. However, campground was quiet and the amenities available were in good condition. Bathrooms were dated but in good condition. Only limited number of sites with power and water. Power only 30 amp. Most campgrounds are now offering at least 50 amp power and water. With more and more offering sewer as well. We stayed at Enid lake not long ago and they had full service at all COE campground we looked at.

Very poor location out in the middle of nowhere with no access to any of the surrounding lake.

Very beautiful wooded park on the edge of a nice lake. Unfortunately, it looks as if the COE is getting ready to close this beautiful park. All the campsites and restrooms in the front are closed. The remaining campsites by the lake are very nice, fairly private due to the woods in between them and fairly level but are not well-maintained. We spent one very quiet, peaceful night here with only a few other campers. I don't know why the COE is obviously slowly abandoning this beautiful, peaceful camping area. I would like to see them put a little money into updating it and reopening the closed campsites. It would be a shame to see this gem of a small, peaceful, remote, yet mileage-wise-fairly-close-to-Oxford-and-Old-Miss park close!!

The park was difficult to find due to poor signage, once in the park it was also difficult to find the reserved site due to the same situation, the floors all uneven and site # 30 with a water leak.
