Campground was clean as were the facilities. Spacious camp sites. Water was high and we didn't have much luck fishing, but a good time was had.

Beautiful camping park. There has been alot of clearing & tree trimming by the core, since last year. Was happy to meet new couple overseeing Ruark Bluff West, very nice people.

The campground and restrooms are maintained. The camp hosts are accessible and friendly. The fishing is good.

Arrival & departure
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is also 4:00 PM.
- For more information, contact the park or project office at the provided numbers.
Cancellation policy
- Ruark Bluff West is for overnight stays only; day use is prohibited. Reservations may be canceled if no valid camping unit is present.
- Reservations cannot be made via phone call to the park.
Utilities
- Drinking water and electric hookups are available from April 16 to September 29.
Site capacity
- Each campsite allows one RV and either two tents or three tents.
Safety & rules
- Park rangers and County Sheriffs Deputies patrol the campground regularly.
Fires & fuel
- To protect forests, do not move firewood; buy it locally and burn it on-site.
