The campground was well maintained, clean and the bath/shower rooms were clean with hot water - so a great place to spend time enjoying the beautiful lake and family!

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing campground. Mutton creek is close by to rent kayaks and other water equipment. Easy drive from Springfield. Can’t say enough good things about this campground!

Arrival & departure
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is also 4:00 PM.

Cancellation policy
- Ruark Bluff West is for overnight stays only; day use is prohibited. Reservations may be canceled if no valid camping unit is present.
- Reservations cannot be made via phone call to the park.
Utilities
- Drinking water and electric hookups are available from April 16 to September 29.
Site capacity
- Each campsite allows one RV and either two tents or three tents.
Safety & rules
- Park rangers and County Sheriffs Deputies patrol the campground regularly.
Fires & fuel
- To protect forests, do not move firewood; buy it locally and burn it on-site.
