I'm not happy with the toilets and showers. the cleaners are getting paid and not doing their job. The shower walls have not been clean in the last few years we've camped there-- ever since the older couple retired. We used to camp there at least four times during the summer but I don't want to take a chance of getting sick from the black mold growing in the showers. The toilets that are separate from the shower house consistently have dirty sinks and the same dead bugs for da ys. I took my white vinegar and cleaned the sinks one day cause I couldn't stand it any more. If you're getting paid to do a job then DO THE JOB!!!

Park was a bit unkempt when we arrived but during the week the grass was mowed.

Stayed in site #43. Great spot on the lake.
Quiet and relaxing campground. Everyone was so friendly. Have been here a couple of times and will be back.

The site (#17) was beautiful right next to the water. Only downsides are that the picnic tables and fire ring are on the wrong side away from the water. Also the hookups are at back of site and you have to climb over rocks to access them. Other than that we loved the site and will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Mill Creek and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Key factors were being able to swim and canoe from the edge of our site. The campground was clean and quiet, the lake is clean and beautiful. We used site #20 for 5 nights. It is an end site with a huge yard that overlooks the swim beach. There is a large shade tree in the yard, but very little shade over the pad. The patio area is at the edge of the road and across from the shower house, so the foot and vehicle traffic were too close for our liking. The patio also sits adjacent to the overflow parking lot. We parked our own toad in the closest parking spot for a buffer. We did like the location for walking our dog as it was close to lots of open green space. We would use #20 again, but it wouldn't be our first choice. Then we were in #49 for 3 nights. It is a large west facing pull through with a great lake view. It sits close to the water, but the "beach" at the edge of the site consists of large rocks. Getting in and out of the water and launching the canoe were a bit tricky, but doable. There are lots of great sites in this park. It books up fast. I recommend using the alert system if you are flexible. We ending up getting multiple alerts during the two week window we wanted.
