Campsite 55 was level and had an amazing view! The bathrooms were clean and the hosts we helpful and friendly. We highly recommend any of the sites.

We had a nice site on the water. Campground was clean and well maintained. Did not use the bathrooms so can't comment on them.

I camped here during mid-summer, very hot, hundred-degree weather. For such a pretty, upscale campground, I was shocked that there was no way for guests to control water temperature and lighting in the toilet/shower houses! The shower water temperature was set on scalding HOT! One evening while I was trying to shower (in the unbearable, scalding HOT water) another lady brought her young child in to bathe, and the poor little girl kept screaming out in agony, saying the word "burn" the entire time she was under the shower water! Reported this situation to the park attendant several times, and each time he said he'd correct it, though he never did! Also, to be noted is these toilet/shower houses were dangerously dark around dusk. Again, there was no way for guests to control the lighting! I saw children standing outside these facilities, afraid to go into the darkened buildings. It's pathetic that this beautiful, upscale campground would not allow guests to control water temp and/or lights in facilities! For these reasons, I will camp elsewhere!

We love this campground. It is usually impossible to get into. But we booked months ahead for this weekend. The park is so clean and the facilities are very clean. Love the way the spots are spaced out. Walking in the park is very enjoyable. The park host (female) is crabby. She has been crabby all the years we have been coming here. But we just put up with it. We will continue to come year after year. Our children have grown up in this park. We travel often to parks throughout the United States. This is a very nice one.
