Campsite 162 is my favorite spot, it's a full hookup. Drive is long and level, plenty of room for camper, boat, and truck. Has enough shade to keep the sun off you. If open it will be the spot I'm taking!

The trails were not in best shape, a pretty bad “fix up” on rails and steps, bad hazard trap, and who ever “fixed” the rails and steps just threw the scarp wood over ion the side.

Like the spacious camping area, quietness and privacy at our site. View of the lake from our spot. Need places for when people want to walk or fish on land.

They tore out half of the bathrooms in the campground so now it is a mile to walk to a bathroom from a lot of sites. That is not updated on recreation.gov website either. They tore out the fish cleaning station closest to where 99 percent of the campers are and put a grinder at the group campground where nobody camps that won't even take a legal size catfish down the pipe. Not to mention it is right out in the beating hot sun with no canopy.

Very pretty area. Great walking trails. Rode our bikes throughout the campgrounds and to beach and boat ramp.

One of our favorite Missouri campgrounds. It’s a little bit off the beat and path but so worth the drive. It’s on beautiful Mark Twain lake. Campsites are wooded and spacious. Some have full hook ups, some water and electric. Love the trails down to the lake. Shower houses are clean and spacious.

Upon arrival, we found another camper setting up on our reserved spot. The campground host and Ranger handled this very well and quickly. They moved us to another camp site and required the other camper to move to his reserved site. We enjoyed our stay as Indian Creek is our favorite campground. We were disappointed that the new bathrooms were not being kept clean.
