We come here every year. The amenities are great, the people are friendly, and it’s a beautiful place to came with loads of lake access trails. I proposed to my fiance at one of these lake access trails during our most recent trip and it was magical and perfect! Highly recommend this place for a couples getaway, a family vacation, or even a group of friends.

Regretfully I find myself compelled to leave this review. The conditions at Indian Creek have been on a steady decline over the last 20 years. We used to love MTL because the showers and toilets were cleaned DAILY, in very nice shape, and had very friendly gate attendants nearly all day every day. Those things are gone. The shower houses are filthy, even the new ones, with no signs of cleaning(not even a garden hose wash) over our 5 day stay. It's fair that during the week there's less traffic, but the older shower house in our area had an abundance of algae growth that reflects it probably hadn't been cleaned in a month or better. Truly a sad state of affairs for such an exceptional lake!

We loved all the shade trees. Word to the wise, do not park jet skis in the grass.

We had a great time at Indian Creek. There were 17 of us, with 7 campers and we all had full hook-ups with plenty of shade. The grass was well maintained and we saw lots of deer and squirrels while we were there.

The location is very beautiful. It was very tight backing in especially in the evening. The spot was somewhat unlevel and was difficult to get to my outdoor kitchen. I have a 35 ft camper.

We were so delighted to see the new bathrooms and that they're spotlessly clean! Our site was very nice, but with our steps in the back, we had to add a step stool once we leveled.
