We stayed in Indian Creek spot #032. This site was not ideal for a tent setup (no level, flat spots), so we setup on the gravel pad and were not able to stake down the tent. The bathrooms were wet and OK. The firepit had an excess of ash and ashes were dumps all around the fire pit. The site has great views and there is a lake access trail the runs along the camp site. Overall we had a great time and love the large camping sites at Mark Twain Lake park!

We love the trails, wildlife and the camp ground in general. Our only dislike was we had almost no cell service with both AT& T and US Cellular.

Very laid back atmosphere, Shelbina had an Old Threshers Fair going on that was a nice way to spend a Saturday.

Open the park up! Needed full hookups and couldn’t have it because some areas of the park were closed.
